Assets

Different asset categories have different specification requirements:

• Stickers, backgrounds, and overlays

  • Accepted formats: .gif, .jpg, .png

  • Suggested max file size for best performance: 2mb

• Videos

  • Accepted formats: .mp4, .mov, mpeg-2, .avi

  • Max file size: 2gb

• Screen sharing

  • A max of 1 screen can be shared per scene during a broadcast. If screen sharing from more screens is needed, we recommend creating multiple scenes and navigating between them.

Audio Errors

• Playing audio through a slide deck-style presentation

  • This functionality is not currently supported, however, we've identified some possible workarounds:

    1. Users can import their presentation into Google Slides and present from a tab in Google Chrome

    2. Users can open a Powerpoint from the Chrome Browser and present from a Chrome tab

    Note: Safari does not allow this functionality; because of this, we strongly suggest users use Google Chrome for full functionality.
