# Technical Support and Specifications

This is where you'll find the nitty gritty of our product.

## Assets

Different asset categories have different specification requirements:

* Stickers, backgrounds, and overlays
  * Accepted formats: .gif, .jpg, .png
  * Suggested max file size for best performance: 2mb
* Videos
  * Accepted formats: .mp4, .mov, mpeg-2, .avi
  * Max file size: 2gb
* Screen sharing
  * A max of 1 screen can be shared per scene during a broadcast. If screen sharing from more screens is needed, we recommend creating multiple scenes and navigating between them.

## Audio Errors

* Playing audio through a slide deck-style presentation
  * This functionality is not currently supported, however, we've identified some possible workarounds:

    1. Users can [import their presentation into Google Slides](https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9308838?ref_topic=9326709) and present from a tab in Google Chrome
    2. Users can [open a Powerpoint from the Chrome Browser](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/view-a-presentation-without-powerpoint-2f1077ab-9a4e-41ba-9f75-d55bd9b231a6?ui=en-us\&rs=en-us\&ad=us) and present from a Chrome tab

    Note: Safari does not allow this functionality; because of this, we strongly suggest users use Google Chrome for full functionality.
