FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Stream Club.

How do I remove the Stream Club logo from my livestream?

Once you upgrade to a Pro plan, you’ll be able to remove the Stream Club logo. If you’re still having trouble, please send us an email.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?

Please reach out to us if you fall into one of these groups and we’ll see what we can do.

My YouTube/Twitch/Facebook Live/Twitter connection isn't working. How do I fix it?

  • If you’re trying to connect YouTube, please make sure that you follow the steps shown in the gif below to verify your account through the YouTube dashboard. You will not be able to livestream on their platform until you go through their verification process.

  • If you’ve verified your YouTube account, or you’re trying to connect Twitch/Facebook Live and having trouble, try disconnecting the destination platform through your Stream Club account by clicking “Go Live” and then switching the toggle to the off position for the desired platform(s). Then toggle it back on, and follow the steps to re-connect.

  • If that still doesn’t work, you’ll need to remove permissions for Stream Club from the destination side (for example, you’ll need to visit your YouTube dashboard and remove access from Stream Club under your permissions settings). Then re-enable the connection from your Stream Club dashboard.

Can I livestream to Instagram Live or TikTok Live via Stream Club?

Instagram Live and TikTok Live currently only support RTMP for certain users. If you don’t see the option listed on your Instagram/TikTok account, there are workaround solutions available, but use these at your own discretion, as your account may be suspended on those respective platforms.

I'm a creator. How can I partner with Stream Club?

We love working with creators, whether you’re already a livestreaming expert, or you have a following elsewhere and are looking to expand into livestreaming. If you’re interested in partnership or sponsorship opportunities, please send us an email with your name, link to your social media account(s), and a short blurb about what type of partnership you’re interested in.
